Opened by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool in June 2001 as a new community facility in the historical area of Walton Village, Liverpool.  Since then ‘The Halls’ has become established as a base for an array of community services not just in the Walton area, but throughout Merseyside with many activities taking place that are both educational and recreational.
